  • We require a $5,000 deposit to begin the design process. Once your plans and selections are finalized, we ask for a 10% deposit to move into construction.

  • Build times vary depending on customization, but most of our homes take approximately 12 months from start to finish. We’ll give you a detailed timeline once we understand your vision.

  • No problem—we’re a custom builder. We can sit down with a blank piece of paper and design your dream home from scratch. You’re not limited by templates here.

  • We build throughout Calgary and the surrounding areas, including acreages and rural properties. If it’s within reasonable driving distance, we’re happy to build there.

  • Yes! Any of our floorplans can be adapted into a walkout, depending on the lot and grade. We’ll help you choose a plan that fits both your vision and your land.

  • We allow sweat equity in some cases—but only if the work is being done by the homeowner and it’s within their qualified trade. We want to protect the quality and integrity of your build.

  • You’re not alone! Building a home is a big step, but we’ve got you. Our team will walk you through every phase, including design selections, budget planning, and on-site updates. We’ll help you stay organized, make cohesive choices, and feel confident throughout the journey.
